Lebron passes 8K, 2K, 2K

I saw that Lebron James became the second fastest player to pass 8000 points, 2000 boards and 2000 assists the other day. Any guesses as to who was the fastest?

Oscar Robertson was fastest (269 games compared to Lebron's 311).

Does anyone think the Cavs could challenge in the East? They are in a battle with Chicago to get second spot. If they finish behind the Bulls they will drop to 5th due to the quirks of the conference seedings (even tho they would have the 3rd best record in the East). 5th spot would mean a first round match up with Miami - tough!

Especially considering that Wade is now back for the Heat.

Do you really think the Heat will challenge?

Wouldnt be a bad matchup Cavs v Heat IMO.

I reckon Detroit will get it easy Heat are coming together nicely and with Wade back in time for the playoffs they should do nicely dont think they can win it though.

As for the West depends on who plays who. I think if Phoenix play Dallas in the West Conf Phoenix will win. If its Dallas vs San Antonio it'll be Dallas through but if San Antonio vs Phoenix i think San Antonio will take it out. But go the Jazz!

MJ had 2000 assists by the end of the 88=89 season....
5 seasons minus 1 out for a broken foot.
