I saw in the Advertiser last week that Mr Peter Lanthios was appointed on 30 May 2007 as external administrator of the Basketball Association of South Australia Inc, and that a meeting of creditors was to be held today. Does that mean the Bruce Carter is no longer in charge?
Anyone know how this affects the new Basketball SA structure/what happened?
Bruce Carter is the Interim Controller
Peter Lanthios is the Administrator
It's a different stage of the process. Assume the two (or more appropriately their people) would work together for a time, but ultimately it would be upto the administrator to arrange the wind-up of the old entities.
