if a team

If a team in their 1st year did very well in a low div would you say they would still be good in their 2nd year in a higher div. and could in be the same the other way if a team did poorly in div 1 or 2 in their 2nd year then they moved up to the next under would you say they would do as poor or even worse or maybe for some reason better.

what do you think on both things.

There really is no point in answering this question. It is way too subjective. Maybe/Maybe not, depends on a lot of factors. Did they grow in the off-season? The team is used to winning against probably lower level of players. Doesn't this sort of thing get sorted out at trials anyway. That's when you know what division your team should probably be in. In youth divisions, it's better for teams to playing up, remember the focus is always on the development of the players. They could develop their skills better against teams at the same level or just above.

i think i understand what you are trying to imply... hawever, each and every season has different players, young good players coming up and older good players going out. it cannot be as simple as you make it sound. every club has similar issues. players move across clubs etc and all teams change. some for better some for worse. it can only be said that you put your best team forward.

If you play u16 div5 when you are 14, then YES you will be able to play Div 1 0r 2 u16 the next year. If you have some ability.
