Will Mottram be playing this weekend in the preseason games?
On tv about a week ago they said the Sixers were signing him, but the Boti article said there were problems.
Would love to see him playing, see what nic he is in.

I still don't understand why we didn't look for an import. As I have mentioned in another thread - only Chappell reflects as an import now.
Have I got this wrong - Isaac?

Remember there was talk about Ballinger getting Aus. status? Also, the NBL site only indicates Chappell as being import.

Ballinger isn't likely to become naturalised until the end of this season.
Word is that Mottram is awaiting finalisation of his contract from his Italian club.
Lets hope he does not play like his brother ran last night!!!

Spinner, Mottram has basically signed, all they are waiting on is for a pay-out to be agreed between Motts and Fabriano.
Word is it should be done before the first game.

On coast fm radio last week with brad newley and jason dix.. they said all will be o.k.
some paperwork to come from overseas but will be good.

Yes is training with 36ers for sure so all set to go (as soon as his agent in London says go) which will be soon..
Wonder whether they give him singlet tonite.
