Difficulty and value of site intros

how hard would it be to get a flash into on the 36ers / lightning web site like this -

There's no real point IMO, for one sportal are taking over the club websites I believe and two it is just something that IMO really adds nothing to the site, it is just simply an intro.

Less flash the better, the one of the front is enough - not much distraction, but attractive
