NH - Judd Rules out Melbourne & Essendon

On the news tonight

Judd has ruled out both teams

Now comes down to the Blues V Pies for his rights

I would say Carlton would be in the box seat for his services

True......also, why would they want to make the Pies...who just failed to be in the top 4 a stronger side

Carlton on the other hand are probably 2-3 years away before they will push for a top 4 position with Judd in the team

Its going to be a interesting week

Judd to Collingwood

Carlton to trade one of their first two picks to West Coast

Collingwood then trade on players and or picks to Carlton

Therefore, Collingwood won't have to deal directly with West Coast.

at the end of the day, it comes down to which ever club can give the eagles adequate compensation.

Must remember what ever Judd has accomplished with the Eagles, unless he can get some new groins he's not much use to anyone.

Its not what anyone has to offer the eagles. The eagles are stuffed here coz judd is goin no matter what. Its a situation like that of Nick Stevens at port where they got absolutely d**k all for him. Judd has left, what is given to west coast will not be equivilent to Judds value. I say Collingwood at this stage.

Why would Judd want to go to Carlton. He stated that he wanted to go to a premiership contending team and to be honest I cant see Carlton winning a premiership any time soon. Whilst Collingwood on the other hand were generally premiership contenders at this stage and if they were to get judd that would further bulster there chances. Id hate to say it but I think Judd will end up at Collingwood.

Who will Collingwood trade for him? Buckley, Fraser, etc etc? Will this be a repeat of the Nick Stevens fiasco? Pies would likely offer a s*#tload of money and whatever draft picks they have. But will West Coast go for this?
If there is no agreement then Judd goes into the draft and could end up anywhere......

judd would fit nicely in the midfield with marc murphy,Carrazzo and nick stevens, or in the pocket with fev up forward. Thats if none of them get traded. carn the mighty blues.
