Time for a change. Hasnt been going right for sometime now and everyone keeps saying yeah its gonna get better. Step down and let someone else have a go. Couldnt do any worse!!

Sadly I think it is time for Phil to move on. He's been a great assest at this club and delivered us championships. We had great teams and players in the past. He placed butts on seats, he gave Adelaide fans some passion and excitement.
I think Phil's time is up now. I believe oppositions now a lot of his tactics and are immune to it all. I think the players ignore his voice a little bit.
We've missed the playoffs a few times in recent years and struggle to regain a spot this season.
Phil must be drained after a decade.
I believe it's in the best interests of this club that we find a new coach, let someone else have a go and bring a new voice and direction.
I like Phil, admire him and respect him. I could be a mate with him off the court. But sadly his time is up, yet I still thank him for his services.
