Joe, don't go : Heal

Shane Heal has come out and said that he does not think that Joe Ingles is ready for the NBA.

"I'm not sure whether to go now is the right thing because he's still got a year up his sleeve (with the Dragons)."

Is this just Heal saying this so the Dragons don't get worse?

Surely if he is being scouted, they must think he is close to "The Show".

IMO, if Joe is a chance, why not put your name in the ring?

Put your hat in the ring. Get over to the camps and take feedback. If it's all good, then go for it. If not, withdraw and give it another go next year.

Agreed Isaac, ala Newley and CJ.

He seems pretty high on mock drafts (albeit a while before the draft) but to me, that shows teams are looking at his potential. If they are looking, why not?

No use hanging around here and getting injured etc, then never getting a look (S.Dwight anyone?).

Heal won't have to worry about what Joe's doing or not doing next year!

Shane is just trying to save his own a$$, but he is correct in that Joe is not ready. Jingles may get drafted, and then will likely end in Europe for years and not even see an nba bench
