And its lucky the supporters of the club don't have the final say in the running of the club. What a mess the club would be then ay.

It's a bit embarrassing that West Sydney can offer a coach more than we can.

No Beveredge?

Honestly, they should have really competed with the Razorbacks offer. If Mal can't afford to do that, he shouldn't be the owner.

Mal how did you decide upon the non de plume of "Justin"?

Maybe you can borrow some money from "Number21" to pay for Mr Beveridge.

I don't understand some of the above posts. I didn't see 7 news. Was Phil interviewed on tv? What was said? Did they say their first choice rejected the offer? Was that offer to phil or someone else? Because above it said 'a parting shot from phil' and that he was dissillusioned.

Thanks all. I'm annoyed i missed the news.

Sad that he turned it down..

Beveredge could have brought Liam Rush over and re-signing Hodge and Ballinger would create an almost top 4 competing team.

C Mottram/Cooper
F Ballinger/Dodman
F Rush/Ng
G Hodge/Maher
G Import/Davidson
= 66 Points

Yep anonymous he could of brought Rush over along with his record last 20 games where he went 4 wins 16 loses. That would get us a top 4 finish by the way the 36ers beat them by 22 points at there place without Maher so if hes your boy good luck. His record sucks but has good self promoting skills ask around you may find out why West Sydney arent all that fussed if he goes.
