Bucks, Bulls axe coaches, Isiah not far behind?

Both the Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls have dumped their respective head coaches today after disappointing seasons.

With new GM at helm, Bucks dismiss Krystkowiak as coach

Bulls dismiss Boylan as interim coach

No real surprises here. Krystkowiak's chances shifted when they changed GMs and the Bulls were well below expectations this season after being tipped by many to be at the top end of their division - instead coming 4th of five teams in Central, only topping the Bucks.

No surprise indeed. NBA is a big business and Head Coaches are never safe. This proves it once again.

Will the Bulls go after Larry Brown who's clearly expressed hunger to coach again?

It's now going to be a race to see who signs Carlisle first. I also see that Bucks new GM has hired his old righthand man from the Pistons, Jeff Weltman.

This along with Hammond should do wonders for the Bucks off the court, and make them one of the better frong offices in the league.

Even greater news.... Isiah got canned...

Could we just update the title to reflect Isiah getting the can???

Isiah is now probably googling his own name looking for a new job and finds a basketball site in Australia mention if he could coach in the NBL..

Could the Bulls be the new Trailblazers?????

IMO the Bulls started to slide when Deng and Gordon declined their contract extensions. I'm still scratching my head as to why they would both turn down $50 million extension considering neither is an All Star.
