Neptuneboy, yes, 7 have been TERRIBLE, but the games on late a night have been much better. Especially the dream team games.

I still want to shot everyone who works for 7 tho.

showed the game early then went to the 100 mtr mens final

what a run by Bolt.....9.68 and turned off the jets with about 20 mtres left to run

but back to the basketball......Lebron is one arrogant SOB....he seems to be the only one out there who has no respect for his opponents

How the spanish bloke got called for a offensive foul when Lebron was trying to rip his head off....wat a load of shite

Watched the last 2 and a half quarters, USA totally dominant, Spain never in the hunt. Superior athleticism and defence led to loads of fast break points and easy baskets. Spain looked just like Australia v Argentina, no easy shots, resorting to contested threes a lot of the time while US wer having it their own way down the other end.

Before the tourney I thought Spain were the team to beat, after seeing this there's no doubt USA are heavy favourites to win it all.

Rubio through a couple of nice alleys, particularly a one hander in the 2nd quarter. Wade among the best for the US but plenty of contributors, he got a very tasty 3rd quarter jam.

Interesting fact - the team that's lost by the least to the US remains Angola who went down by 21 points, yet Angola are winless.

Argentina Iran is a similar scenario, only 15 points compared to the hiding they administered to us and Croatia. Perhaps these good teams mentally switch off a bit against the minnows?
