Best in the NBL at...

In your opinion, who is the best... (my choices in brackets)

Ball handler (Homicide)

Passer (Bruce)

3pt Shooter (Forman)

Mid-range shooter (Maher)

Free-throw shooter (Maher)

Slasher (Hodge)

Shot-blocker (Cooper)

Inside Scorer (Balls vs. Schensch)

Outside scorer (Penney)

Rebounder (Schenscher)

Rebounder - pound-for-pound (Hodge)

Dunker (Ro Ellis)

Outside defender (Within rules - Brad Davidson or Peter Crawford. otherwise - Grabau)

Post defender (Mackinnon was)

Stealer (Hinson)

Hustle player (Ro Ellis)

Most versatile (Saville)

Most clutch (Maher vs. Redhage)

Coach (Beveridge)

Overall best player (Hodge)

I must be biased, given the amount of 36ers on my list, but I don't think any are too unreasonable.

Not sure why you would put Ellis as the best dunker he struggles to do two hand dunks sometimes. I have seen him on fast breaks go up to dunk it but run out of legs and just drop it in. To me that isn't the sign of a great dunker. Darden would be a much better choice.

lol stop criticizing mine and do your own then.

KingJames, thought about Darden - he certainly has far more athleticism and can really get up there a lot quicker, but I like the style of Ellis' dunks, there's a lot of aggression there and the board-slaps are always a nice touch.
Ebi, Ingles, Abney and Carter are also up there.

Xztatik - well I do like Melbourne mainly because of Dave Thomas and Sean Lampley but since they both left it's not as fun anymore. They replaced them with Grizzard and Ebi so i'm still excited.

And I sure was glad to see the Kings get smashed in the finals.

Dunking - Casey Frank, Larry Abney

Ingles is a good passer

Clutch - CJ bruton, Ebi Ere,
Versatile - Dave Thomas, Oscar Forman, Mackinnon, Grizzard, Barlow

Matt Knight rebounding?

If your talking about all round player such as scoring, shooting, rebounding, defence then it's gotta be Worthington or Redhage

No way Bruce for passer - not until he learns to stay on the ground and avoids the baseline turnovers. How many times this season have you seen himjump in the air and then have no one to pass to r drive into traffic on the baseline and throw a wild pass. Don't get me wrong he is a great talent and should be a Boomer regular one day and one of the best Aussie point guards ever - but he still has a way to go.

Being 36er-centric:
Jules brings something special to the game, but best alround goes to Mr Ballman, Adam Ballinger.
I'd give the passing edge to Jules over CJ, in that he's one of the very few that can hit his team-mate on the chest, while in the unthinkable mid-air passing position. That is special.
Showing a momentary thought of the rest of the league:
Best dunker for size should go to the 'Tez, but he's just been cut. Does that exclude him?

"Inside Scorer (3 way tie Luke-Anesty-Redhage)"

Anstey treats the paint like lava nowadays.

Suprised to see so many Penney's after '3pt shooter'. I think there are a few ahead of him.
