Tomlinson on fire
Aussie Sophomore Louella Tomlinson is on fire playing for Saint Marys in the NCAA Division 1 competition.
She recently had an incredible performance against the Boise State Broncos last week, recording her first career triple-double in points, rebounds, and blocks.
Tomlinson finished with game-highs in each category, totaling 26 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 blocked shots. She had the triple-double in hand with over five minutes to play in the contest, and also added three assists and one steal.
From the floor Tomlinson was 10-of-22, knocked down the only three she took, and was 5-of-6 from the free throw line.
Eleven blocks ties the forward's career-high, as she posted 11 last season against Loyola Marymount. Tomlinson currently ranks first in the nation in blocks per game, totaling 78 thus far for a 6.0 block per game average.
This is to go with a season average of 14.5ppg and 8.6rpg!
Pretty good effort if you ask me! She also broke the NCAA Div 1 record for blocks last season as a Freshman and is well on track to better that mark!
