I think you'll find that Kate Gaze is actually the daughter of Andrew's COUSIN, Mark Gaze, who played in the league in the 80's, particularly Frankston from memory.

True Ankles. Andrew only has a sister. It is also notable that Mark Gaze has been Assistant Coach with the Forestville Eagles ABA Men's team.

Two that I thought did well at the Nationals that missed out on selection are Todd Blanchfield and Sean Mullan.

Correct Mark was coached by his dad Tony at Frankston and Andrew's sister is Janet.

Mark Gaze also played with NBL with the Tigers, alongside Andrew Gaze and coached by Lindsay Gaze.

Mullen has been in previous squads but is a bit small for international level. Although Qld won the U20 mens I think there are a couple of lucky ones in there.
