Wouldn't it be sensible to have a 'let's have a basketball league next year' group before we get carried away with how long the length of quarters is going to be?

C'mon, spend your time on something useful.

10 minute quarters will be a positive change.

Why are all the Facebook groups so negative...

Facebook group against xxxxxx....

Carpenter start up a Facebook group for all those in favour of 10 min NBL Quarters ;)

I'm on the fence on this one. If it's going to sustain the league, get it on tv more and draw more sponsors/people to games than why not eh. They've got to try something or the league will be nothing more than ABA in bigger stadiums losing alot more money.

Out of interest - why are 10 min qtrs seen as an improvement?

How about having a serious look at 10 minute quarters! Is it the best thing for basketball? How will it effect rotations? Will we have more tv ? Will this mean more people at games?? Would we reduce roster numbers? this could mean more funds for 10 players? maybe we could have a development league in the future?

Before cannin it have a good look at it and make an educated decision.

Loco, more in line with Europe and International standards, keeps the best players on court as much as possible, provides a package that is more suitable for telecast, etc.
