SEABL's new D-League

Can't remember this having been mentioned before (or maybe I just didn't notice) - SEABL have a new D-League - results here.

Anyone know more about the details and plan?

Edit: Nice start from SA kid Zane Reeves who had 33 and 8 for Bendigo.

it's basically the stronger victorian clubs taking their teams out of big v youth league to start the seabl d-league. Caused a fair bit of angst from people at the big v as they felt the seabl clubs taking their youth league teams out of their competition was screwing them over.
The SEABL clubs argue that it is a better competition as their juniors will get stronger games weekly.
Should be a great D-league (development league) season as there are so many great juniors ready to try and have a break out season and push into their clubs senior teams. It's all about the path-way.
