Locked: Junior web developer job

Two things today:

My business Triplezero is getting a bit overloaded and I am looking at taking on a junior web developer. Either a designer with strong potential, a programmer (other language like PHP is OK, but would need you to learn CF), or a pretty capable jack of all trades willing to learn Adobe's application-development language, ColdFusion. Also, my office in Halifax St has a couple of spare spaces available for $80-200/wk, inclusive of shared boardroom, utilities, internet, security, kitchen, toilets, etc. Current composition is two web developers, two graphic designers and a copywriter.
