De La Hoya says he's retiring from ring

http://linky.com.au/q77u6

A sad day in boxing as we say farewell to a champion and gentleman of the sport. A true professinal.

I am glad he's retired while the health is still there. He no longer has it in him to keep going and keep fighting.

He's been intelligent with his money and working on a successful Promoting business. This is rare in the sport.

Hopefully we won't see any comeback by the man.

We should pay tribute to this great legend.
