IMO the reason why the nbl is not moving forward enough...too many players playing on and on..
surely there is an AIS player looking to break in that will be a 10 year player...

Has it been done before where a player's singlet is retired and then brought out of retirement? In this case not just once but twice. Will it mean that both Campbell and Saville will now have to wear different numbers?

No, they will stick with their numbers.

Bulls retired #23 a couple of times :P
