Trinity have their 2 best players out, Diesel Carlin to the AIS, and Dave Humphries who is injured.

Remind me to never take investment advice from you Lebron. You got it way wrong. The 2 'pretenders' played off in the GF, and Concordia beat Trinity by 4 as they did earlier in the day.

Sacred Heart were bumped by Trinity in the semis. Yes, they should have won but they didn't. Trinity were awesome against SHC at the end of regulation and in OT but ran out of puff against CC. CC were very consistent from start to finish and thru subs. It really was a team effort thru all 5 games. Sheppa coached them like an absolute pro and made it fun for all concerned. A number of the CC boys haven't enjoyed their district seasons this year, and seeing the difference that playing with passion and for each other made to them was awesome.

Pete from CC couldn't play as he has had 3 bouts of surgery for an accident. He came out in a wheelchair to watch the GF after getting his specialist's ok and inspired the boys by being there. The whole thing was great to be part of.

Well done CC, and well done to all involved. It was a good day, well organised and officiated, played in good spirit.

concordia beat trinity by 4 coming from behind in the final few of the GF. no's. 25 and 26 looked as if they'd played with each other forever along with hooley got it done offensively and defensively. it was their efforts which finished off the game.

Anon shut up.

How about instead of bagging a good official get out there and ref yourself.

When you start reffing aba like Brett, let me know.

RE.246394 (anonymous) dont blame the refs your team was out played and your hacking lost you the game,it is a team game and you only tryed to stop one player on the other team when there are 5 players to try to stop. WELL DONE to THOMAS MORRE you played a good game .....and you cant blame a 24pt loss on the reffs.

lol yes u can any ref can get to aba level our officials in this state are a joke!!! however it was probably injuries that hurt more than the officials!!! 3 starters out will do that!!! and to the person that said if u try to stop one player u cant win u obviously didnt see the preliminary round game were marryatville beat thomas moore doing just that!!!!

Anonymous(re 246452) in the other round you only won by 2pts so you say the reffs cost you 20pts turn around Thomas Morre just stoped your big guys and thats how they won and had other players step up and played as a team

rematch between concordia and trinity on November 7th as a curtain raiser for the sixers. Should be a great match and can't wait to see if trinity can redeem themselves.

Watched a year 8/9 boys game between Pulteney and newcomer Nazareth Catholic College last week (Nazareth is a new Catholoc coed based at the old UniSA site at Lockleys). Wow, that Nazareth team has some talented up and comers and will feature strongly in a couple of years. Sad to see a couple of woodville guys (dads) with recruiting forms out though. Just wish they could ban recruting at school games and just allow information provision only - creates peer pressure tensions amongst the kids.
