Andersen officially signs with the Rockets

Australia's own David Andersen has finally inked a deal with the Houston Rockets - one that will surely have him in the Rocket's starting line-up given Yao Ming's absence through to injury.

"The Houston Rockets have signed center David Andersen to a multiyear contract to help make up for the loss of Yao Ming."

have two aussies ever been on an NBA court at the same time (in a real game) whether on the same team or not!? This would be a slim chance obviously of newly and anderson playing together but would have to be a first if it happened??

With Wafer signing with Olympiakos, Newly might be in with a shot for a spot on the roster. We should have Bogut v Andersen at same stage during the year.

Bogut vs Andersen is definitely one to look out for! Pity it is unlikely to be a game featured on Australian TV.
Whilst it would be great if Newley did score a gig with the Rockets, I feel it still remains highly unlikely.
I have not heard any intel on Jawai recently in association with Dallas. Anyone know any more about his status with the team in relation to potential playing time? His spot on the roster is assured due to his guaranteed contract - but does anyone have any more info to offer on the situation?
Also, has anyone ehard any more news on what is happening with Patty Mills? I know he is currently back in Canberra at the moment and just celebrated his 21st birthday, but there has been precious little on his recovery from injury and his status with the Blazers.

2 aussie on the court at the same time???

I think Longley & Anstey played against each other - Longley at PHX and Anstey at CHI (I think)
