Bradshaw cleared to face 36ers tonight

New Gold Coast signing Craig Bradshaw has received the all-clear to join the Blaze for their road game against the Adelaide 36ers on Wednesday evening after his international clearance papers came through.

Bradshaw and the Blaze had been sweating on the arrival of his transfer documents from the Korean Basketball Association and faced the prospect of missing his team's big clash with Adelaide if they didn’t arrive in time. The papers were faxed through late on Tuesday night however freeing Bradshaw to join his new teammates on the floor in Adelaide.

i've always liked Bradshaw he had soo much promise. Hopefully Burston/Coops can hold him, its scary with Bradshaws size an athletic ability. But being his first game he should be alil rough. C'MON 6ERS we need this game, cant wait to get to the dome tonight

Bradshaw not required tonight if Petrie, Maxey, Vukona, Frank take care of business.
Joey is smart he won't put any pressure on him to perform.
If he does hit court, the one thing I don't want to see is him doing is jacking up 3's. Just get out there play defence and rebound.

So weren't they going to drop Frank with Bradshaw now cleared?

Bradshaw in is for Pero, Frank has been helping cover for Vanderjagt who is out with a leg injury. Id expect Frank to only get used if we are desparate..

I'd call this good news for the Sixers. You can't just plug someone in to an established team and expect instant chemistry - it'll take them a game or two.

*grabs bowl and fork, waits for words to be placed in the bowl*

hereschenes, put your bowl and fork away LOL.
It'll take him a few games to break himself into the style of play here again as well as with this team.
He'd be as surly and snappy as anything for the next few days after that performance but he needs to start being realistic about the time it'll take to find his feet and so his talking on the court instead.
