When will the fixtures be out for the Winter Season?

As soon as the games for this week are done they'll start writing them all up.

With promotion/relegation rounds still to finish Friday they can't proceed until it's done.

some fixtures are up - some lower div 2 teams dropped to div 3 and and top performing Div 3 teams up in Div 2 - Is that part of promotion/relegation?
