Erin Phillips' future

Will be interesting to see where Erin Phillips ends up this year. Given the comments by the Sun's coach her future in the WNBA does not look certain.

This is the link to the article. Sorry if I haven't got the linky part right.

The Sun have other issues on their plate. Thibault said guard Erin Phillips, a restricted free agent, is "probably not going to be here" this season and will likely stay in her native Australia. A starter to begin last year before her struggles moved her to a reserve role, Phillips would be part of a crowded backcourt with Lawson, Montgomery, Tan White and Anete Jekabsone-Zogota, but prefers to “at least play starter's minutes,” Thibault said.

The Sun have been in trade discussions with three to four teams, the coach said, but Phillips has the right to veto a trade and “we haven’t worked out a trade that suits everybody.”

“There’s a lot to all of this, but what she wants from this experience, we probably can’t give her,” Thibault said, “and her kind of saying that to us early on, then we signed Kara Lawson, that cuts down the role that she would have.”

What do they mean by "her struggles"?
It's pretty high and mighty of her to say that she wants starters' minutes when she's playing in the best league in the world. If she was deserving of such time she would get it.
