April 6 2010, 2 reserves forfeits???

I just looked at SportingPulse for the reserves results for last night and saw 2 forfeits in the womens comp? Flinders Uni and North Adelaide both recorded 20-0 losses. Does anyone have information on why, Flinders is clearly a forfeit as they would not have player restrictions but did north play ineligible players or forfeit and no game played? If a reserves team cant field a team should they be in a competition like our reserves or should it be back to Division 3!
In my opinion BSA should adopt a 1 strike rule with senior basketball 1 forfeit and you are gone from senior grades!

I'm pretty sure that BASA altered the Flinders game and didn't give them sufficient notice, therefore they couldn't field a team, and North couldn't find enough players.

If BSA hadn't changed their by laws so that players can't play in multiple divisions then they wouldn't have the problem of teams not being able to get enough players on the court.
