Pretty good stats actually for divison 1 ncaa. Tywain Mckee was averaging similar numbers. But TJ can flat out shoot the ball from 3 point territory. Great player the Melbourne Tigers have already won the NBL for me, cant go past them. There team would go good against most teams in Europe.

they didnt sign Hodge or Corey Williams to sign this guy? Stats look really average in what appears to be an average college against average competition. Good luck Melbourne, you may need it.

He should be solid.

Portland was a decent team in the WCC, but well below NCAA Tournament level unlike conference rivals Gonzaga and SMC.

Melbourne probably have one of the best backcourt shooting combinations with Devendorf and TJ.

Looks like there really trying to spread the floor and make the opposition close out long to open up room in the interior for the likes of Nevill, Burston and Helliwell.

IMO Melbourne will find it hard for team chemistry with playing minutes for all there talls. There line up looks really unbalanced IMO.

Everyone said last year Melbourne where he GOATS and look what happened.

Think TJ should be a decent fit, considering he's a pass first guard and runs the system. Which is what the Tigers need.

Adding a player like Hodge may not work as Devendorf and Hodge will both look to score 20pts a night, so a somewhat lesser star running the show may be a better bet.

Obviously also need to share the ball down low with the big fellas, so a pretty good signing IMO

Oh yeah not to mention this kid's got some HOPS!!!

He is definitely the right type of player - a pass first point guard who can spead the floor and has excellent ball handling skills.

Nevill, Tragardh, Greer, Devedorf, Campbell
Helliwell, Burston, Walker, Lewis, Corletto

There is potential for that to be very good or very bad, depending on how they gel.

Tj is going to be an exciting player and put on a show ever night. The kid can jump out of the gym and most importantly he is a team player that likes to his team. I feel that tj and eric are going to be a very nice backcourt and the bigs down low well get some touches as well. The melbourne tigers are set up for a great season. Good luck.

I grew up playing with TJ in Phoenix, Az. TJ is the most athletic, smart, and unselfish basketball player i have ever seen at any level. I can say with 100% confidence that if this kid was 6'2" he would be an NBA starter. Great pick up Melbourne! Get ready for one hell of a season, he will not disappoint.
