Assist of the season so far?

Super nice dish from D-Wade in today's game, must be in the running for assist of the season.

He travelled. You could see it at normal speed.

Same thing happened with Darren Perry's 3 pointer from a similar spot for SE Magic, back in the early 90s. It's really hard to throw the ball that far with no wind up without travelling. The player I always think of who could do it was Dean Uthoff, but he was built like a brick outhouse and had an arm like a bazooka.

lebron can catch anything, does that diminish it? The answer is no.... or yes if you disagree.

Nice pass but not best of the year... Bass pall is pretty basic

Lebron can catch anything?

"Hey Lebron, I'm just lowering my fridge out of this 2nd story window. As you can catch anything just catch it before it hits the ground and put it in the trailor mate".

(Fridge falls on Lebron and he dies)
(Turns to Curtley)

"His death is on your hands Mr 'he can catch anything'".

Stupid syntax. Guess it took half my post as commenting, it was meant to say

*Fridge dropped from floor, Lebron gets crushed and dies

I like the top three of these all better than this dwade pass!! and they are just from the month of january!!! so i think best assist of the season is a big call!!

Was a nice pass, but im sure Rondo, Nash or D-Will would have had or will have nicer this season

I don't know about that. Some great assists, sure, but this one is pretty unique.

For an incredible assist, you're looking for something rare (you don't often see basket-to-basket passes), with pinpoint accuracy (this definitely has that), that enables the receiver to score when they might not have otherwise done so (had Wade taken a dribble before passing, the defence would've closed on LeBron and he couldn't have taken that pass cleanly).

when did he travel?? he rebounded the ball turned and threw the ball. i didnt see no travel.

I think there would be a few quarter backs that would like to throw like that. very unique pass will come up as assist of the year for sure.

Yeah that picking up both feet and then putting them down again. Travel is a good call.
