Not a bad mix...but I would have liked to see Bose, Delly, Young and Motum in the squad too.
Naburgs has is own position!

can anyone give a run down on some of these players and who they think will make the team?

Check out the NCAA thread for division I players...

Broekhoff, Steindl, Dowdell, Brandt along with Iliadis and Maynard IMO should make the cut at least.

PS, last time I checked, Hodgson plays at Southern Utah and not St Mary's.

Nice one - didn't know that!

Hodgson will be a better fit at SMC given their needs at the pivot and the fact he will no longer have to sit behind fellow Aussie Matt Massey in the pecking order at Southern Utah.

The first game has been played against Turkey in the current tournament held in China this week. Australia won the first game which was a rough game with a few push and shoves going on, while Alex Gynes got ejected in one of these incidents. Dont have scores or any links to fixtures as nothing has been announced by BA and cant find anything when googling...

LC, they are not playing the WUG just yet. That is in August. The men's team are playing in two Four Nations Tournaments in China vs the full Chinese national team (minus Yi) and teams from Turkey and Montenegro, not sure what they are though. Last night Australia beat the Turkish team and China narrowly beat Montenegro.

I'm also not sure of who is in the team as nothing has been on the BA web site, which is pretty poor, but I think the team is as VicBitter said above except Daly and Gynes in for Godfrey and Armour. I could be wrong however. I don't know whether Ben Smith is in the team.
