Reserves changes

With under 23s taking over as the feeder league status for the abl, should BSA look at scrapping the starter rule for reserves.
If seniors were allowed to play reserves after starting it would give clubs an opportunity to play a stronger more beneficial reserves program.
Not only does it strengthen reserves it does it without compromising the legitimacy of the under 23s competition.

Go!
