Who puts live links up?

Hi All, with different links being available for each game- does this mean the games are all being recorded by independents? For example, on this site

http://watch-livebasketball.blogspot.com/search/label/Breakers%20vs%20Blaze%20live%20video

there is a list down the left hand side of games available?
