From what I have heard the tallest player from Tas stands at about 6"8/9 but then the next player is about 6"5 so they arnt a very tall team. Also the point guards are very small for an U/18 team!

Also on the girls ...

Watch out, here come the Vics - not just twin towers, but triple towers of Collins, Sherf and Meinking !

Good luck to all the other states matching that height ... LOL ...

Vic men could potenially have a starting group of Dante Exum, Felix Von Hofe, Jack Purchase, Ben Simmons and Matthew Jackson, so in terms of height across the board and the athleticism to go with it, that cannot be matched.

Vic girls are one hell of a team. I heard they beat U20's in practice last week.

Giant you obviously have a very SHORT understanding of basketball. It is that sort of shortness usually what leads to finishing at the bottom.

Anon @233,

Yep, the Vic U18 girls beat the U20 girls in one practice game ... but that was not the actual U20 team ... and they weren't trying real hard that night ... LoL.

Given the results from the U20s last week, all the Vic U20 teams sort of went ok.

Go Vics!
