David Cooper is under no illusions about the expectations swirling around him, Willie Farley and Paul Rees.
As the newest player in the Adelaide 36ers' 2004-05 NBL equation, the 27-year-old journeyman knows the trio replacing Martin Cattalini and Charles Thomas has its work cut out.
Especially considering last season's group limped to eighth, and a discerning public still needs convincing next season will be more than another wash-out.
