Why didnt Erron Maxey get another NBL gig?

Won the 09/10 NBL 6th man award, very prestigous but we never heard from him again!

Surely some team will take him on?

No one wanted a role playing import off the bench I suppose. Everyone bar Sydney went for starters in the import spots.

The fact Horvath has averages there of 23ppg and 16 rpg shows how shit the league is. In his last season at the Dragons he couldnt hit his own ass with a dart least of all catch the ball

I thought Maxey was alright with the Blaze, been plenty of worse imports in the NBL than him.

But yeah the NZ league isn't anywhere near NBL standard, sorry ANBL for our kiwi friends!

Stop it, Maxey averaged 14 & 6 and shot 49% from the field and 40% on 3pts in his season with the Blaze in 09/10.

He was a better player than the vast majority of the imports currently in the NBL.
