Game is live atm.

Dorsey is currently 1/6 FG, 0/3 3PFG for 2 points.

Will take him a while to get adjusted

Because he arrived in Auckland on Friday or Saturday, and he is suiting up today.

Maybe got one practice with the team. Wouldn't even know his teammates names.

Give the guy a break

Haha yeah he must be completely unfit and out of rhythm considering the NBL season finished a week ago! No excuses, if he is NBL quality, should be able to dominate at this lesser level.

He obviously needs time to get adjusted to the offenses/plays

Once he does that, he should be extremely effective at this level.

Dorsey arrived in Auckland at 9 last night. Lindsay Tait will be dishing it to him on the Break so he should be good once he gets adjusted.

give the guy a break?....he should be 'extremely effective' at the NBL level, thats his job !!

don't get me wrong, that shot he made to get us to o/t in cairns was amazing,an absolutley amazing moment in our history.....something the local fans will talk about for years to come.
he shouldn't have left cairns after one year .....nor should've dan dillon.....nor should trevor gleeson been allowed to rape our team.....MACDUB do you think the cairns people should have any sympathy for any of them at any level??

He plays for the Auckland Pirates now.

How, in any way, does that affect Cairns supporters?

He has at a new club, with a new beginning in a new country..Seriously, move on.

He was at Cairns for a year..Its not like he grew up in Cairns, moved up as a development player and became an established roster player.

He is an import. Changing teams is normal

it's no secret that cairns don't have any money...so it makes it hard for the city to play professional sports.
player recruitment is based on more than just skill,
they also need to meet some fairly stringent personality requirements by fearne and co.

doresy was a legend in the streets of cairns and could have played here for years.....in hindsight i'm sure he personally regrets leaving.

dan dillon should have stayed and cemented his starting spot for cairns and then gained a more marketable position in the NBL.....now he is lost back with the pack!

MACDUB- i understand it is quite normal for imports to change teams....as ubaka does.
