Birdman Anderson not having the best pre-game

Ahead of Game Six between LAL-Den, apparently Kobe has a crook stomach - but he's still doing better than Birdman Anderson.

Sheriff's deputies raided the Colorado home of Denver Nuggets center Chris "Birdman" Andersen on Thursday as part of an Internet child crimes investigation but the NBA player has not been charged or arrested, police said.

You know there's trouble brewing when your name appears in a news report which also has the following phrases: 'Internet child crimes investigation', 'unspecified property', and 'been excused from Thursday's playoff game'.

Just to make clear further reports have also mentioned that he lives with someone else and it may not be Anderson that will be charged.

He is a little creepy looking, so it wouldn't surprise me, but I'd doubt even he would be dumb enough to get in to shit for this.

And does the NBA realise that child porn and child pornography are the same thing?!?

Two in one day!

Believe it or not, now the Thunder PA has been charged with lewd acts with a minor under 16.

Let the court system deal with this, just being accused or suspected of this type of thing is enough to ruin a persons life, even if the person is entirely innocent. None of us know Chris Anderson (presumably), he deserves the same "innocent until proven guilty" as any of us. I know I would never want my name attached to any of this, nor would he. Treat this as if it were your own name on the article.
If he gets found guilty, I'll call "off with his head" louder than anyone. But only if he gets charged and found guilty. Please remove this thread.

Exactly Howdy.

As per my post above it's not even certain that he will be the one being charged.

Howdy, what will removing this post do? It's posted on NBA.com and most other media lol... If anything, if he's innocent, he could have a case against the NBA for putting the story up the way they did. They pretty much put him out on his own from the first minute on this one

Could file a defamation case if the media did make untrue/false claims.

Nice mouse. Let's hope they didn't find anything else in the house whilst trying to clear his name!
