LeBron needs a ring

Just a thought guys, there is always talk about lebron vs Jordan. Surely if he cannot produce a ring this year lebron will go down as the biggest dudd of playoff history. I know he has the MVP"s and scoring titles but surely championship ring is what you base success on! Thoughts....

Great player & needs to get the monkey off his back! Bosh going down might end Miami's season & Spoelstra will get the ass. Brutal caper!! Seems to choke a bit down the stretch. Time will tell....

Would need to win 3 rings just to enter the argument.

Jordan needed supporting cast that could play their role to win a title but would carry teams past mid-level opponents on his own.

LeBron's teams have had gaps that have been exploited and bar 2007 he hasn't carried the load.

Jordan was a clutch player who had REAL swagger and confidence. He did fail at times but had the mindset to comeback better.

Lebron's failures have compounded to a point where each one is magnified - one man team, can't hit game winner, misses clutch FT!!!!

He's not a dud but he won't enter the rare air of Jordan without a stellar last half of his career.

IN a few weeks, lebron wont be the play being compared to jordan

It will be Kevin Durant

I just can't see what the lebron hype is about... Yes he's an amazing athlete, scorer and sometimes play maker but I could name at least 12 other guys in that category like durant, rose and westbrook... Even scala's lol jokes. Not sure if lebron will ever win a ring if he misses this chance, since some of the younger upcoming teams such as Philly okc and Indy look to be power houses of the future!

Michael Jordan at 27 years old - No rings, 1 MVP

Lebron will NEVER be mentioned in the same sentence as MJ
Kobe on the other hand.....
Wait till Durant is 27 he will probably have 2 rings.
MJ was 28 when the Bulls won in 1991

The best comparison for Lebron is to Scottie Pippen.

Lebron is the ultimate support player. Can shoot, rebound, run the Point-Forward; and has quick hands.

His skill set is essentially that of Pippen. Dwayne Wade plays the role of the 'Jordan' for the Heat and just doesn't compare.

If you traded Bosh and Wade to the Heat for Durant and Harden, the Heat would be a title contender.

Durant is the big time scorer, clutch man and main main on the team. Lebron fills the void where needed and does the dirty work.

Was meant to say "Trade Bosh and Wade to the Thunder". :P

I always thought Lebron was a more complete Dominque Wilkins than an MJ heir-apparent.

A hybrid between Magic (without the feel for the game or the swagger) and 'Nique.
