Knox and Geelong Boomers games sold out

HiSense game still has tickets left if you want to lock in your seat for a Boomers/Opals double-header.

The other two regional games (smaller stadiums) have sold out.

Following the announcement [that Mills would be playing], already strong ticket sales for the Boomers Farewell Series games at the State Basketball Centre in Knox on Monday 25 June and at Geelong Arena on Wednesday June 27 went into overdrive and have since sold-out.

Geelong is less than 2k. Closer to 1600 - they revamped the stadium for Commonwealth games and lost seats.

Geelong comfortably gets 1000 people seated in quality viewing areas. The rest of the arena is horribly designed with pillars, benches, signs all in the way of good viewing.

The NBL should sit up and take notice of the timeslot of these challenge games...Good time slots to get the basketball community along to view games instead of scheduling on a friday night when half the audience is competing in junior championship games.

Temerity, these games are on sunday, monday and weds night, I think the NBL has a better grasp on family friendly scheduling.
