Rhys Carter?????

Haven't heard that name in a while, remember when he was supposed to be the next Shane Heal (but athletic?)

Playing in the Swedish League, clearly trying to sow his wild oats!

The only one that is playing in a close to top European level is Andersen, and even then, playing at Fener still isn't play at the top European level.

Ingles and Jawai are playing at the top European level at Barca, but neither one of them is going to get into the team's main rotation.

Andersen, Baynes, Ingles, Jawai, Nielsen and Ogilvy will all be playing in the Euroleague.

I'm not entirely sure how the foreign player rules work in relation to Ingles and Jawai. I know there are restrictions in the ACB, not sure about the Euroleague.

Hopefully ESPN show a few more Euroleague games this season.

Sign up to the complete FIBA TV package and you can watch every Euroleague game, as well as other comps. It's well worth it (at the start of Oct) as your 12 months also gets the Eurobasket, Americas etc.

There are no restrictions on foreign players in Euroleague and Eurocup. They are just like the NBA. You can have as many foreign players as you want in those leagues.

It's just the national leagues that have foreign player restrictions.

Thanks for all these updates on our euro players - much appreciated.

For those in the techno-know - can you stream games on FIBA-TV (or other net sources) without buffering on wireless or do you need cable internet.

I only have optus wireless - through a usb-dongle-thing-y.

Cheers,

Cliff
