Joyce got the Vic gig then quit QLD.

His mother just passed away too so timing is right for him to return 'home'.

Great pick up by Vic Country seeing the work he did with QLD Ball.

Isn't it just a little depressing that while other states constantly change the person at the top to ensure the latest and best training practices are put in place, the underachieving SA program has had the same person in charge since the 90s?

There are 3 certainties in life:

Death, Taxes & NG leading the SA NITP Program!

You don't just change a person because they've been there for a long time. Its up to the people managing NG to ensure the program/he continues to evolve. If you've had kids of different ages go through the program you would know it has evolved over the past few years.

Why do these posts turn into off topic sledging matches?

Seriously......

Looking forward to meeting the new NITP head Mr. JOYCE, I have heard good things and he has some very impressive history in the game, great pick up CV.

NG has been with BSA for 22 years, since 91... a very long time. Not saying anything other than its a long time, this is not a sledge. just a mere observation.

I agree with Bear above... BJ will be great for Vic Country, he is passionate and highly knowlegdable.. he comes across a bit full on, but having worked with him he knows his stuff and will make their program very strong. they will be tough, physical and well drilled vic country teams over the next few years.

Will be interesting to see who takes over in Qld from jOyce.

Heard Joyce had put some people offside in QLD who didnt like how he took credit for their results after only being int he job a short time. Then he started not turning up alot.

Will be interesting to see if VICC politics from differetn associations deal with it well.
