Larry Abney officially calls it a day...

"the 35-year-old found out on Friday that his dream of helping Townsville to a maiden NBL championship would not be able to come true..."

Pretty sure that dream was dead long before the surgery...

Still waiting for the Crocs or NBL to officially announce it, if it's happening at all of course.

Not to undo what he accomplished in his first stint in Townsville, but it was such a horrible mistake bringing him back this season.

If the Crocs had Nevill and a proper import from the start, it makes my head hurt thinking about where they would be right now.

Instead, they have a max or near-max salary roster (since the ended up bring Nevill on board anyway) and a 1-10 record.

Ugh.

Such a botched season from a management perspective.

Management have single handedly destroyed the once great club into the shambles it now is. Terrible and disgraceful.
