36ers History

New here and just wanted to ask a couple of questions.

Adelaide 36ers are celebrating 30 years. Not that I have seen much celebrating unlike wildcats who have singlet with players name on back and a 30th team.

We could be either celebrating 30 years as 36ers or since we founded in 1982.but about that.Shouldn't the teams foundation be in 1981 as Forestville Eagles. Why would we choose not to claim our heritage from the beginning of the club.

I then ask where does the West Torrens Eagles fit the year before. Were they forestville with a name change the next year.

Love to hear peoples thought.

What does history stand for when a once beloved has no got absolutely nothing going for it. Let them fold an bring al green Peter Ali David spear and the west adelaide bearcats back. Hey y not even bring those blokes back as we'll playing with heart is gets better results than playing for a dolar$$$$$$$$$$$$$
