NH: Boston Bombing - Rat smell?

It's horrible that 3 people were killed and many seriously injured.

There are a lot of rumours flying around that this bombing was another "false flag" operation. http://imgur.com/a/Nx8EU

Photographs can always be photoshopped etc, but significant conflicting evidence on the table:

* The bomb was contained in a BLACK backpack. The FBI do not deny this and present this as FACT.
* The alleged bombers were carrying a GREY and WHITE backpacks. The backpacks they were wearing do not match the official bomb backpack. FACT.
* There are men with earpieces seen with custody of a backpack matching the details of the official backback bomb.
* Suspect 1 is seen with his backpack AFTER the bomb went off
* Suspect 1 was arrested at 1:53 am and walked into police custody after being handcuffed.
* He is dead soon afterwards with large lacerations on the side, a bullet wound and massive contusions to the neck.
* Suspect 2 was not bleeding when he surrendered, but had massive bleeding and needed a breathing tube upon arrest. He was allegedly shot prior to entering the boat but there was not blood inside the boat he was hiding in, but blood on the boat trailer tyre well AFTER he was arrested.

Basic stuff like conflicting backbacks and mystery men carrying similar backpacks would shed too much doubt. I think there is a lot of conflicting evidence here and maybe I am just a doubting Thomas from way back, but I do not believe the "official" story on this one. I am smelling a rat.

What do people think?

Yes its so easy to keep 100 FBI agents quiet, not one of them would stand up and say "This is bullshit".

Look at the pictures these people from 4chan, yes that's right the scum of the internet provided these "proof" pics. They don't have any evidence in their hands just speculation and bullshit. They say its to hide CISPA from the public, but 80% of Americans didn't give a rats ass about CISPA so they never needed to hide it.
Ever blown up a backpack? Fair chance it comes out black.

I used to have an ear piece when I want to uni, it was called headphones. I would carry my books and Ipod in my bag. You could have found hundreds of people who had this in a college town.

Bullshit speculation by a bunch of idiots who have no expertise or experience in investigating anything other than porn.

Off track, Jack.

Suspect 1 in that collection, the naked guy, was just someone asked to stand clear who wouldn't obey and was eventually deemed suspicious and stripped to check for explosives.

The actual suspect 1 charged police and was run over by his brother as he fled in the car.

Isaac, Yes, whenever something like this happens there is always a lot of information and dis-information. The naked suspect photo looks dodgy. If he was arrested wearing clothes, why would they strip him completely? Wouldn't they put him in a jumpsuit or something like that?

I don't think we have the full story yet.

The full story will never truly come out Jack. However, I find it difficult in this regard to find a motive behind there being a cover up of epic proportions. There is a lot of info that gets reported during stuff like this and it's often just shit thrown against the wall by reporters, hoping that they'll be the one credited with the "breaking news." I actually felt sick when a FOX News analyst said it was his "obligation" to report that Tamerlan and Dzhokhar were Islamic. What I found most disgusting was the "USA" chants once Dzhokhar was in custody. The hysteria was ridiculous. There are no winners in this fight. If they showed a group of people in the Middle East carrying on like some of the Yanks did that night, the media here would say that they're extremists who are fucking mad. Somehow when they step into similar shoes, it's portrayed as patriotism. Unbelievable.

People invent and believe in conspiracy theories so they feel like they can be part of something that no one else is, like an inner circle of knowledge and truth.

Jack, because they suspected explosives/vests. A trigger was found on Suspect #1 and they suspected #2 might be wearing a vest. They were facing improvised bombs and grenades. The naked guy would've been clothed soon after. Don't ant to get stripped in a tense situation? Follow instructions in the middle of a frickin' stand-off!

A number of those images were assembled by someone working towards a hoped scenario, and without an idea of the sequence of events. Even listening to the police scanners for 6-8 hours, it was hard to get the full picture.

Don't tell me you seriously buy into that collection of junk. Each image is easily debunked or explained. Blood analysis on a boat via a small, distant image? Seriously...

Thousands mobilised to catch one guy? Of course. Short term pain to avoid long term public panic.

Clearly Jack was abducted by the Greys to try and throw the sheep here off track. The unmarked black helicopters are circling.

Just because you're paranoid it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Occam's razor usually applies to most situations. I guess it's the times we live in that there is always going to be over analysis of situations and conclusions jumped to. Things just seem too simple and convenient, particularly on "Patriot's Day" and when controversial legislation is passed.

What's simple and convenient about guys bombing a marathon, the bizarre sequence of events preceding the shoot out and then a huge and extended manhunt?!

Reports from around the world suggest there was more to it than reported, of course, but not along the lines of this conspiracy theory. One interesting report has the US running these two as agents to bring info from Chechnya but suggests they were turned while over there by a Chechen/Wahhabi cell. I dont think we'll ever actually find out.

Isaac, that's the problem with conspiracy theories. Funding and co-ordination. Governments are not good at that sought of stuff, so that's why people always say "breakaway groups" etc

The CIA have a long history of political interference in other countries which is well documented.

The USA have a long list of "conspiracies"

* JFK Assassination
* Moon landing
* 9/11
* Pearl Harbor
* Gulf of Tonkin
* Bay of Pigs
* Sinking of the Lusitania
* Roswell "weather balloons"
* Alien abductions
* Waco, TX
* Project Pegasus
* MK-Ultra
* Project Stargate

I think a good defence lawyer could get the younger brother off.

The guy has admitted to doing it, Sherlock.

The only reason why people believe in these dumb conspiracy theories is because they want to think that the minutaie their sad, pathetic lives is somehow the government's fault and not their own.

CIA interference is completely different. I'm talking about this very specific incident and these images present a ridiculous case. If the US gov't wanted anything significant from this incident, they wouldn't be downplaying it as self-radicalised, amateur, etc. It's more or less as presented.

When background gun checks pass despite 90% public opposition, anything like CISPA is going to find it easy while supported by giants like Facebook, Microsoft, etc.

Excellent points Isaac.

It is sad that every event now conspiracy theory people will come up with some story.

In the link below is a picture (warning it is a highly graphical picture) that the Conspiracy theory people are trying to say that the guy who had his legs blown off was staged and he really lost his legs in some war. This just shows how dodgy the conspiracy people are and why we should never believe anything they say

More conspiracy crap

Good for a chuckle and an interesting read (sometimes).

As far as Boston, i think its accepted that the brothers were the bombers. Whats bein questioned is whether us gov agencies knew of and assisted the brothers thru undercover covert ops.

I dont really care, jus read into it for the interesting side of it. Read into a
lot of the 9/11 theories, apparently we're all jus slaves to the global elite controlling us thru the builderburg group...or some jive like that.

Oh crap, not on here too?! The nutters are everywhere!

Saw some whackjobs (about 7 of them, LOL) protesting "chemtrails" on the steps of parliament house the other day. Found it ironic they were worried about water crystals 40,000 feet in the air, while standing 10 feet away from buses and cars spewing exhaust on North Tce. F**king morons!

Speed44,

We've got a few clowns here like Independent pollie Ann Bressington with her anti-fluoride/new world order stuff and sponsoring a nutter like that Lord Monckton to come here.

Nick Xenophon has a lot to answer for for putting her on his No Pokies ticket.

The real issue I have is that this isn't a terrorist attack, but is being publicised as one. It's too convenient of a time for this to happen as a terrorist attack. The brothers family and friends have already spoken out that these guys didn't have any crazy politically or religious views, but did have issue with how they had been treated by the government. It's far more plausible they did this as a personal attack out of anger, and nothing more. However the American government and media will eat it up and make as much money off this as possible. If it was a terrorist attack, their government would have known in advance (and still not do a thing).

Also, to say the CIA and American (or any) government isn't capable of pulling some crap is ludicrous. Just look at who helped the drug epidemic in America!

Ricey, the elder brother had developed extreme religious views or was aligning with them. Definitely a religious/ethnic angle that sparked it. Very tribal.

Technically terrorism (?) as part of a general effort even if it wasn't particularly overseen or organised. I don't know if it's worth publically labeling it as such though.

Terrorism is creating terror for a political or religious aim. Despite Tamerlan only working alone, in his mind it was still a political statement, therefore, as Isaac said, technically "terrorism".

He was getting quite fundie, especially when you check out his youtube account.
