A very entertaining interview by Andrew Gaze with Kyrie Irving on SEN this morning. Seems like a good kid. If only....if only....he could wear the green and gold. Ah well.

Touch wood he doesnt, but if he has a bad luck of injuries and fails to make couple teams he may well not rule it out for 2016 like he mentioned.

He hinted at wearing the green and gold this morning.....albeit he might just have been humouring the audience.
Surely he would represent team USA with coach K as head coach?

Spoke well and obviously wants Australia to be like a second home. Of course he would dangle the carrot and make us believe he could one day wear the green and gold, he is coming over here to do some clinics and seems to be a good guy.
Deciding to play for AUS, compared with that of being given the chance to play for USA, I would imagine he would not choose AUS (hope I am wrong)...

I think if he doesnt make the World CHamps USA team we have a good shot at him. He seems to want to play an olympics for somebody, we would be a good fall back plan.
