Both men and women have their top 5 teams picked
In the men
If West beat South this Saturday they have won the minor premiership (and you would assume they would)
Doesnt matter what happen this saturday between woodville and forestville as long as woodville beat southern (and you would assume they would). Woodville have got 2nd and Forestville have secured 3rd
North and Centrals are both in the 5 because even if sturt win their next two games they dont have the point spread on either centrals or north. However the game this weekend decides who has the home final between the two.
1st round of finals
Qualifying Final: Woodville v Forestville @ St Clair
Elimination Final: Centrals v North

In the women
Norwood have the minor premiership won
Assuming Sturt lose to norwood and win against west and forestville beat woodville and lose to norwood
It will come down to the game next week between north and eastern
If North win then
Qualifying Final: Sturt v North @ Pasadena
Elimination Final: Forestville v Eastern @ Wayville
If Eastern win then
Qualifying Final: Sturt v Eastern @ Pasadena
Elimination Final: Forestville v North @ Hillcrest

Sturt can sneak into the 5 IF either one of North or Centrals go LL & they go WW. They will need to beat West at Port in R18.

I think they have an 85% chance of a win against Norwood, and will probably go down in single figures to West. They have say a 10% chance against West.

North @ home should just pip Centrals, but face a much improved Eastern @ Mt Barker. 50% chance of a win, and 70 to 80% chance of a win against Eastern. Centrals say 50% chance against North, then play South @ STARplex. Say a 90% chance at home.

P(Sturt in 5) around 1 in 80 chance. Possible, but unlikely - "No soup for Sturt, NEXT!"

Will Gibbo play for Feagles in the finals ? If not, what a waste of money in getting him to lay at the expense of a junior

Is the "Apple munched" going to make a surprise " cameo" this weekend in the Feagles program"

Where was Tess on Sunday for the Lady Mavs?

Will the owners of the "insular" comp be spending any funds to promote the finals series or just allow it to role along ?

If the finals are at the " Scouts recycling centre" in August, will it be cleaned with a " bob for a job" weekend before we have to use the venue?
