Is this a first for central abl?

I have been looking at the women's coaches for next year and don't see any positions being advertised

Centrals - Kb is firm up north
North - Barry not going anywhere
West - Trudy is a first year coach will stay on
Woodville - Christian same as trudy
Eastern - successful season for year 1 coach
Forestville - Sharon not moving
Sturt - Marcus is great, no reason to look elsewhere
Norwood - if Simon stops Brenton to take over
South - Vikki already signed for next season
Southern - maybe available but a first year coach, prob not going anywhere

When was the last time there were no coaching changes?

Can KB really coach an ABA team and be the 36ers assistant coach? How many NBL teams have their first AC employed on a part-time basis? Not like Findon and Gawler are neighbouring suburbs either :s

I would have thought nothing will happen until the season ends especially for those in finals.

Why would North make a change - the girls are doing well again.

Rumour from someone very close to the program is that centrals will have a no import policy next yr. They are struggling with resources to support their imports.

This will surely impact their women's program even further.

I also heard that about Southern women and if it comes to fruition that a lot of players are going to return as well as a lot of existing players will stay instead of leaving

Sorry to say but Centrals practically had a no import policy at the Port last weekend - Tamika did not look interested in being there at all.

A "plant" is someone placed in position to work towards the goals of another organisation. The implication is that a coach is there to disrupt their own team and leave players to head to their "real" club.
