Brock Motum signs with Virtus Bologna in Italy

Australian college standout Brock Motum has signed his first pro contract in Italy with Serie A club Virtus Bologna.

The Washington State graduate has apparently inked a 2 year deal.

It's considered a top 5 league in europe. The NBL would be lucky to crack the top 10.

NBL is probably one of the top 10 leagues in the world... never mind just europe. Standards drop off pretty quickly after NBA-Euroleague-Eurocup-Spanish A league...

The Seria A was nice close to the best national league in Europe but these days it would be a pretty similar standard to the NBL. Guys like EJ Rowland, Ebi Ere and Daniel Kickert have all done well there, I would have it very slightly ahead of here.
