The first home game is a little over 48 hours away and I for one am pretty excited.

Seeing Jarrid Frye for the first time (Hopefully)
Welcoming back Mitch Creek
and hopefully a 5000+ crowd.

Yes the nets on the rim are horrible..... wow people complain about some odd things.
Seeing a true run and gun mentality and having some star power to support. Having decent imports will be fun. Should smash the Hawks.

For the way you put it, yes.
Hardly ever do you see margins like that, but thirty isn't exactly out of the question. I Don't rate the Hawks at all right now.
Will come down to how good Hawks new import is and can fit in. I can definitely see the 6ers blowing away the Hawks that turned up against the Breakers, but if this new import can play, will change the dynamics massively. The hawks are always dangerous because they play hard and structured for the entire 40... they just lack true talent.... New import could change that.

We will change the nets at the end of the year when we cut them down after winning the championship.

Above all things watching a high quality game containing few errors (by players and refs), a balance of flair and fundamentals and an end of game scoreboard that shows the Sixers with more points than Wollongong.
I am also curious to see and hear how player intros are different to previous seasons.
FWIW I thought the net statement and the Flume reference were underwhelming but will reserve my judgement if both are packaged together in an exciting and crowd frenzy inducing manner.

Should be a great night. Lightning up first and we should be proud of the fact this team has only missed out on playoffs twice in its life. You can't find many high level SA teams that can brag like that.

Was this a double header with the Lightning? I ask due to the good crowd size.
