A few days late but a shout out to Matty Burston for getting to game 300 on Sat night. I know it's not saying much but he's been one of Cairns most consistent performers this year. Nice recognition at the game too, with a plaque/photo thing presented to him before the game. Sounds a bit classier than the 25 year t-shirt people have been mentioning in other threads.

A really good player with incredible hands.
Will always remember the 35 point game where he played limited minutes for Perth.
Unfortunately will also be remembered for his injuries.
Well done Matt...hope there is another season or two left for you.

He has 3 years left in him... Surely!
Respect him immensely and he is playing well in Cairns and they really could have used him last season
