NCAA rule advice plse....
did I see shabazz napier get called for an offensive up screen off the ball and his team keep possession from the end line ?
Does anyone know much about the NCAA rules ? Because sometimes I have seen things which (being a FIBA born and bred person) seem different. Like a starting possession for a 2nd half from the endline not half way.
