Longest serving players/coaches per NBL team

How far back would you have to go with each NBL club to find a season where none out of the current (rostered 10) players or head coach were with the team and in their current unbroken stint?

e.g., with the Adelaide 36ers, Wright has only been coach for the one season so any higher number there is going to come from a player. Ervin, Teys, Frye and Anthony were all new. Schenscher's most recent stint started in 2012, Gibson, Petrie and Cadee too? Creek and Johnson might be the first in 2010?

How would the teams rank if arranged like this?

Crocs also 2010.

Thanks to Todd Blanchfield's rookie year and the return of Peter Crawford

Or if you count the now-retired Russell Hinder you could go back a year earlier to 2009.

So you're asking, Who is the longest serving player or coach to their current team?

Redhage with Perth? 2005

Dmac been with the Tigers since 2004, if you're counting assistant coaches. Although there was a year where he wasn't an assistant coach.

Personal opinion is that unstable rosters lead to disenchanted fans. Perth have had a stable successful core together for many seasons.

The newly dead Tigers most successful years was when they had a nucleus of 4 to 5 players providing consistency to their fan base.

The continual chopping and changing of players leads to fans losing a favourite or not being familiar with the new team. If fans can go the journey with a certain group it breads familiarity and ownership of the team.

Anon they are talking about current not past?

If we look at the past there would be a many examples but the longest tenure would be anything regarding the Tigers:

But if past then L. Gaze & A. Gaze & A. Westover as head coach/player/assistant coach were there for eternity, A. Westover actually the longest possibly? depending on when he first played for Tigers then went to assistant and finally head coaching position.

Also as a sole player Leroy at Bullets twenty seasons straight was it not?

"Anon they are talking about current not past?"
And consecutive years. Both Ellis and Fisher had gaps between their playing and coaching tenures.
